Katie is the founder of The Event Sisters. With over 15+ years of experience, she is the visionary force behind planning exquisite events that capture the clients’ dream. Katie has industry contacts for every client need and request. New and creative aspects of events are her specialty and she enjoys creating a fun and memorable event. Katie married her husband Jeff in 2011, and successfully balances the event planning business and her life as a mom to Collins + Crew.

Brianna Bronson

Bri joined Katie and The Event Sisters in 2018. She focuses on the execution of events. With over 15 years of experience in planning events, Bri specializes in planning for the unexpected - Rain? Band-aids? Sunscreen? We have you covered for the unexpected. Bri married her husband Seth in 2012, has a daughter, and loves to include fun entertainment for children, while balancing elegant nuances for the adults.

Laura Belden

Laura joined The Event Sisters in 2024, and has taken on the role of social media wiz, in addition to wedding execution. Laura’s creativity and problem solving skills are perfect during day-of execution at events when we encounter the unexpected. Balancing life and work, Laura also owns her own bouncy house and rental business with her partner, Nate. So, if you want to add some youthful fun and wonder to your event, just ask!

Kayla Thomas

Kayla joined the team in 2024, assisting with weddings and events. Kayla has a love for early childhood education, and is our master child wrangler. The patience of a saint, Kayla is always willing to help take the stress off of Mom and Dad when kids might need someone else to temporarily entertain them. Kayla seamlessly balances her own dance studio business along with helping us with events. A busy woman who wears many hats, she also has one of the biggest hearts to ensure your day is smooth and beautiful.
